Main tasks for the Business Analyst will include:
- Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.
- Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the 'bridge' between developers and product stakeholders.
- Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
- Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Update products' functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
- Develop and design executive reports that summarize project progress and results
- Testing responsibilities: support the SDET in the testing scenario generation and testing data/files creation plus lead the UAT (define & perform the user acceptance testing as well as report bugs and testing results)
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members
REQUIRMENTS
- University degree in areas such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economic, or related fields. Technical background would be a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in consulting, with particular focus on creating executive reports and presentations for senior managements.
- Project management experience and knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience in banking projects related to GTB solutions (payments and commercial financing products) would be a plus.
- Supply chain finance products (Confirming, Dynamic Discounting...) would be a plus.
- User level knowledge JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management) and Microsoft Teams tools.
- Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong ability to learn quickly.
- Able to integrate easily into multidisciplinary teams
