The main goals are to efficiently manage storage capacity for air freight, closely monitor associated costs by client and flight, and maintain full operational visibility.
To achieve this, Wimbee developed a customized project methodology adapted to the client’s context and requirements.
This included regular coordination meetings with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment, along with risk management and escalation procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Weekly steering and monitoring committees were set up to maintain supervision and quickly address emerging issues. Demonstrations showcasing project progress were conducted at every key stage to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
