Wimbee was entrusted by Vermeg’s executive management with the mission of developing dashboards to track sales activities and recovery efforts.
The solution consolidates data from Vermeg’s various internal management systems into a single data warehouse, allowing leadership to easily monitor commercial pipelines and recovery trends.
Our approach included conducting functional workshops to validate key indicators and data depth, developing scripts to feed data into dashboards, and configuring the visualization layers.
We also designed a visual charter and graphic elements, synchronized and scheduled all components, defined and implemented a testing strategy, executed test plans, compiled a testing report, deployed the solution in the production environment, and produced a comprehensive user manual.
