Scoring & Recomandation System
ANETI seeks to implement a new tool based on statistical profiling to enhance its employment support and guidance system.

The solution includes two types of models:
- Profiling models, which assign a vulnerability score to job seekers based on their labor market position.
- Targeting models, which recommend the most suitable employment path or support measure for each job seeker
The project’s goal is to simplify and optimize employment support services, aligning them with candidate qualifications and needs.
Wimbee’s approach involves calculating a profiling score that measures the distance of each job seeker from the labor market and their risk of long-term unemployment without intervention.
Job seekers with the highest scores are prioritized for intensive support.
Additionally, recommendation scores are calculated to estimate the likelihood of finding employment with or without specific support measures, ensuring each candidate receives the program that offers the best chance of reemployment.
