Medis Laboratories monitors the activities of medical delegates and analyzes their impact on sales through a centralized dashboard.
The company aims to track, in detail, the activities of medical representatives — including visits to healthcare professionals and events — and analyze the impact of these actions on sales performance by product and region.
They also seek to compare actual results with objectives and set up alert mechanisms for supervisors.
To achieve this, Wimbee gathered requirements and designed a functional and technical architecture that considers user needs and available data sources.
This included building and populating a centralized data warehouse for reporting, and developing dashboards iteratively to reconcile different data sources and compare key KPIs.
The solution enables rigorous tracking of prospecting campaigns, centralized analysis of production, marketing, and market share indicators, and supports strategic decision-making in production, storage, and distribution for Medis Laboratories’ pharmaceutical products.
